Notice of participation in 18th art exhibition
Details
By this, all the trainees of Sylhet District Arts Academy's Fine Arts Department and Fine Arts Department are informed that the 5th Annual Fine Arts Exhibition will be organized on October 28. All the trainees of the Academy of Fine Arts will be able to participate in the exhibition organized in the light of the following principles.
Principles

One: all the artworks that will be in the exhibition
Painting: Oil color, acrylic, watercolor, collage, paint pencil, pastel, pencil / pen (sketch) and medium.

Two: General rules of participation in the exhibition
A. A maximum of 2 trainees from a trainee will be in the exhibition. But if a student does not get quality artwork, the decision of the authority will be final.
B. The size of the artwork should be 5 inches to 3 inches in paper and 25 inches to 25 inches in maximum for the canvas.
C. Earlier, the artwork exhibited at the Sylhet District Art Academy Academy exhibition will not be accepted in this exhibition.
D. The title and medium of the artwork and the name, year and mobile number of the trainee should be written in another paper.
E. For sale, the value of the artwork must be written in words and numbers.
F. The artwork will be submitted to the District Shilpakala Academy on Thursday, August 29, at 2 pm.
     No artwork received after the due date will be submitted.
G. The artwork by the Selection Committee of the artwork is completed on September 7, Sunday, at 4 pm, after the completion of the election work.
     The list of selected works will be pasted on the notice board of the District Art Academy, along with the artist's name.
J. The selected original artwork will be displayed in a binding manner (the artwork must frame /
    Presentation should be made) Submission to the District Shilpakala Academy at 3 pm on September 1.
I see. The Academy will not be obliged to compensate any artist for the exhibition if it is damaged. But no harm
    So be careful not to overdo it.
J. Within 5 days of the completion of the exhibition, the participating artists return to the Art Academy in their charge.
     Have to take The Art Academy will not be responsible for any damage to the works of art after this period.
Three: prizes and competition rules
Out of all the works of art exhibited in the exhibition, 5 'Exhibit Best Award' will be given to the general category and children's division will be given a total of 3 Year Award for each year.

With regard to the selection of artworks for the exhibition and the selection of all the awards, the decision of the selection committee and the selection committee of the artwork formed by the District Art Academy will be final.
