Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy was established on 7th February, 1956, adopted by the Parliament of Bangladesh. By virtue of Article 1 (2) of the Act, the Academy constitutes the Arts Council in every district and subdivision of the country, and according to Article 22 (1) of the Act, the structure of the Industrial Arts Council was approved at the meeting of Bangladesh Art Academy Academy on September 9.Subsequently, in Bangladesh Parliament, the drug was used for opiate withdrawal. By repealing 1 (1 9 1 and Dv 3), the Bangladesh Industrial Arts Academy Act 3 (Act No. 22 of 8) has been enacted with some amendments. Due to the said law, the industrial arts council 'Constitution' was approved by the Industrial Arts Council, constituted before the 7th meeting of the Bangladesh Art Academy, held on October 26 and 26.
Later, at the 8th and 9th meetings of the Bangladesh Art Academy Academy, the structure of the District Industrial Academy was formulated to carry out the activities of the District Industrial Academy. The district arts academies are run by an executive / adhoc committee under the supervision of Bangladesh Art Academy, by the constitution. The Deputy Commissioner is the ex-officio chairman.
There is one District Cultural Officer in each district, who handles all activities of the District Art Academy and serves as Member Secretary in the field of adhoc committees.
